Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This Policy applies to digital products, paid services and any future bookings sold directly by NASIOU LLC through the Site. It does not apply to third-party travel providers, hotels, airlines or tour operators whose services may be referenced on the Site - their own terms govern those bookings.

Newsletter and free content

Subscription to our newsletter and access to articles on the Site are free of charge. There is no fee to refund and no cancellation procedure beyond unsubscribing using the link in each newsletter email.

Paid digital products

If we offer paid digital products in the future (for example, downloadable guides), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed or downloaded the product more than once.

Refund requests should be sent to us in writing at the address below, including your order reference and the reason for the request.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 working days of approval. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional period to appear on your statement.

Cancellations by NASIOU

We reserve the right to cancel any service or order in the event of suspected fraud, abuse of these terms, or where continued provision is not commercially or operationally viable. In such cases a full refund of any amount paid will be issued.

Third-party providers

Where the Site links to third-party booking platforms, hotels, tour operators or transport providers, those providers' own cancellation, change and refund policies apply. We strongly recommend reading those policies carefully before completing any booking.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for any trip booked through third-party providers referenced on the Site. NASIOU is not an insurance broker and does not provide travel insurance directly.
